TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction: The purchaser acknowledges and accepts not only the terms and conditions set out on this page, but also the specific policies, features and conditions stated on each individual product page relating to the purchase of tickets. Payment of the agreed amount, whether as a deposit or in full, constitutes full acceptance of all applicable terms and policies.

2. Ticket prices and conditions of purchase: By proceeding with the purchase, the purchaser confirms acceptance of the ticket prices and the specific conditions of purchase applicable to the selected option.

3. Ticket delivery, type and use: Our staff will contact the purchaser at the email address provided during the booking process with detailed access instructions or the meeting point (place, date and time) where physical tickets will be handed over. The purchaser expressly acknowledges and accepts that physical tickets will not be sent by post and that no delivery methods other than those specified by the Company will be accepted.

4. Cancellation by the customer and refunds

Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Postponement or cancellation of the Palio

In the event of rain, track conditions deemed unsafe, or a decision by the organisers to postpone the event, the Palio will be rescheduled for the following day. If the race is postponed to a later date during the year, tickets will remain valid but will not be refundable if the purchaser is unable to attend the rescheduled race. We strongly recommend booking accommodation for at least one or two nights after the scheduled Palio date, so that you can attend the event if it is postponed. PLEASE NOTE: trial races, Contrada dinners and city tours cancelled due to adverse weather conditions will not be rescheduled and are non-refundable.

6. Liability: The Company shall not be held liable for changes, cancellations or delays caused by events of force majeure, including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, decisions by local authorities or unforeseen events affecting the normal running of the Palio.
